Why do we hold others to a high standard of being truthful and honest with us and keeping their word but we don’t hold ourselves to the same standard?
In today’s episode I talk about how the lies we tell ourselves are killing our confidence and stopping us from making BOSS MOVES.
There are various reasons we may lie to ourselves but ultimately its not doing us any good.
The most important person you need to keep your promises to is YOU!

This is one of the toughest areas to combat! I literally drug myself into the gym last night because I didn’t want to go! But I know what’s on the other side of keeping the promise of getting in shape to myself! So I went and killed it! You can do it! JUST DO something until it becomes a habit and keep adding on until you reach your ultimate goal.

This right here has hit the nail on the head. I ❤ it!! I can relate to accomplishing so many of my goal, but when it come to tackling weight management. I am lacking!!
