Hey Y’all,
I don’t know if it’s the retrograde, covid, the times, OR WHAT…..but I know so many people including me who have just not been on their A-game. Not feeling like themselves and going through A LOT.
So, I said to myself I need a “restart.” And I love a good challenge. I think that you grow the most when you are challenged.
Bill Gates said- Most people often overestimate what they can do in one year and underestimate what they can do in 10 years (cant get to 10 years without going through 6 months first right?)
So let’s start with 6 months Nov 1st 2021 – Apr 30th 2022
Come up with your own 6-month challenge. Whatever it is you feel you need to work on and would like to get better at. What do you really want out of life? What do you really want to achieve? Think about those things and some steps you could make over the next 6 months to get there.
My goals are going to be based on the 8 pillars of wellness.
- Physical
- Spiritual
- Emotional
- Intellectual
- Financial
- Social
- Environmental
- Occupational
